“God created us, and we are beautiful, and our bodies are part of the extension of God himself.” Praise be.
Sexual shame is, without doubt, one of the most common obstacles taking place in today’s society. Its source can differ from inherited and self-imposed beliefs to external factors like demographical conditions and social, educational, economic, political, and religious institutions.
When fear, guilt, and shame are present, men will feel lost in doubt and frustration and therefore tempted to seek external answers or components to soothe this low vibrational state of being. It will also force men to isolate themselves or start living in a more co-dependent state, keeping them distant from their feelings, inner knowing, and universal truths.
To truly heal from sexual shame, m2m advises men to accept their sexuality as an aspect of themselves and not external to them. Through acceptance, inclussion, and integration, those barriers and inhibitions will start falling away, giving space for self-healing, healthier sexual values, conscious relationships, creativity, and a deep connection with the self and others.
